If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel)
  • Photos of the issue

We will review and make a decision based on our policies. Customers agree not to dispute the final decision made by JewellsByKvira.

7. No Refund & Exchange – Specific Cases

We follow a no monetary refund policy. In approved cases, a Credit Note may be issued.

No refund or exchange applies in the following cases:

Used Products

Products that appear used, worn, damaged after delivery, or not in original condition.

Minor Colour / Design Variations

Variations due to screen settings, lighting, or handcrafted nature are not defects.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address are non-refundable.

Failed Delivery Attempts

No refund if courier attempts delivery multiple times and the parcel returns to us.

Refund Limitation

Any rare approved refund covers product value only—not shipping or COD charges.

International Duties & Charges

Customs/import taxes are paid by the customer.

Delays Beyond Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, strikes, courier delays, or any circumstances outside our control.

8. Credit Note Policy (For Website Orders)

We do not issue monetary refunds.

A Credit Note may be issued for eligible cases where exchange is not possible.

Credit Note Terms:

  • Valid only on kvirajewells.in
  • Value equals product value (excluding shipping/customs)
  • Validity: 6 months from issue date
  • Cannot be encashed, transferred, or combined with some promotions

9. Sale and Promotion

Sales, discounts, and promotions are fully at the discretion of Kvirajewells.

No refund or exchange for sale items unless a genuine defect is reported.
