Exchange Policy

At Kvirajewells, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We offer unique, anti-tarnish jewellery that is free-size, easy to wear, and crafted with care. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read our Exchange & Refund Policy below.

🔄 Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange only if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video from opening the sealed package is provided (mandatory)
  • The item is unused and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories

Note: We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Personal preference
  • Style change
  • “Not looking good on me”
  • Size issues (as items are free-size)

💳 Refund Policy (Credit Note Only)

We do not offer refunds (no monetary/Bank/UPI/card refund).
Instead, in eligible cases, we offer a Credit Note.

✔️ When a Credit Note Is Issued

  • Product is defective/damaged/incorrect AND
  • Replacement is not available
  • Issue is reported within 48 hours with unboxing video
  • The return is approved after inspection

✔️ Terms of Credit Note

  • Credit Note value = Product Value (excluding shipping)
  • Valid for website purchases only
  • Can be redeemed on any future order on https://kvirajewells.in/
  • Must be used within 6 months from date of issue
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer

🚚 Exchange Process

Send an email to kvirajewells@gmail.com
Subject: Exchange / Credit Note Request – Order #[Order Number]

Attach:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the issue
  • Short description

Once approved, send the product back to us.

After inspection:

  • A replacement will be shipped, OR
  • A Credit Note will be issued if replacement is unavailable

Shipping Charges

  • If the item is defective/incorrect: we cover exchange shipping
  • If customer returns via their courier: shipping reimbursed only if defect is confirmed
